What does the monthly fee include?

Are there recruiting or setup fees?

No recruiting markups. There is a one-time onboarding fee, and matching and re-matching are part of the plan. If the fit isn't right, we find a better match at no additional cost.

Is my EA shared with other executives?

No. Every plan comes with a dedicated EA matched to your executive. This is not a shared VA pool or a ticket queue.

What happens if my EA leaves?

Viva re-matches you at no cost and runs the handover. Your workflows are documented in your own systems, so nothing is lost between assistants. With an in-house hire, that risk and that cost are yours.

Will procurement and security sign off?
